The Gallardo for Need for Speed World Hack is a a little bit hefty and hard-to-handle Level 3 car without Efficiency components. However, it is one of the best vehicles you can get for Search Outruns and Group Break free, but it isn't ideal for very competitive events. This car tends to move by itself through the sides at mid-range connections, but understeers intensely at higher connections. The speed is actually reasonable once pro updated, but it will always stay a car that is best managed with handbrakes, regardless of what components you put on it.

Note that there is some minor Wait on the Guiding, which causes some of the concerns with Managing.
